Frequently asked questions
Does the chatbot give medical advice?
No. The assistant sticks to your services, hours and contact details; for health questions it points the person to a clinician or the channel you choose.
Where is conversation data kept?
Conversations are only visible in your dashboard, and you choose how long they're kept (from 30 days to forever). Expired conversations are deleted automatically.
I have several locations. Can each have its own assistant?
Yes. The paid plan includes 3 chatbots, so each location can have an assistant with its own details.
